Careers with TogetherCare
Join a family-run care provider where people are expected to care well, speak honestly and keep learning. We recruit for community, Extra Care, complex support, senior and clinical roles as our services develop.

More than filling shifts
Good care depends on reliability, kindness, professional boundaries and attention to detail. It means arriving when expected, listening properly, following the agreed care plan, recording accurately and raising concerns before they become bigger problems.
In return, colleagues should receive clear information, approachable management, suitable training and the opportunity to develop. We want people to feel part of the service, not simply a name on a rota.

Roles across our services
We recruit according to service need, so not every role below will be vacant at all times. We still welcome an initial conversation from people whose values and experience fit TogetherCare.
Providing personal care, medication support, meals, mobility assistance, companionship and reassurance in people’s own homes.
Supporting tenants at Heyeswood or Foundry Wharf to remain independent in their own self-contained apartment.
Working as part of a carefully trained team around an individual with complex physical, neurological or behavioural support needs.
Supporting safe day-to-day delivery through allocation, communication, quality checks, escalation and visible leadership.
Contributing professional assessment, competency oversight, clinical review, medicines governance and multidisciplinary working within the approved scope of the service.
Helping the care service run reliably through administration, recruitment, payroll, records, communication and responsive office support.
What you can expect
Training is not treated as a one-off classroom exercise. Induction, shadowing, practical observation, supervision and refresher learning should connect directly to the work a colleague is expected to perform.

Before you apply
Joining TogetherCare
Tell HR which kind of role interests you, your location, availability and relevant experience.
We explore values, experience, communication and the practical requirements of the role.
References, right-to-work, DBS and other role-specific checks are completed before unsupervised work.
Training, shadowing and competency requirements are planned before responsibilities are allocated.
Fair and inclusive recruitment
TogetherCare is committed to equality of opportunity and to making recruitment decisions fairly. Applicants are considered against the requirements of the role, safer recruitment responsibilities and their ability to uphold dignity, respect, choice, safety and professional conduct.
Need a reasonable adjustment? Contact the HR team before an interview or assessment. We will discuss what can reasonably be put in place to help you participate fairly.
