Using this page

Clear summaries with controlled access where required

The summaries below explain what each document covers. Public care policies, the Service User Guide, statements and reports can be opened freely without a password. Internal operational policies and the Employee Handbook remain password protected to support appropriate information governance and document control.

Authorised staff, commissioners, auditors and professional partners can request access to a restricted document through the TogetherCare office. Passwords are not published on this website.
