Care experienced first-hand

We understand what it means to place trust in a care provider

TogetherCare grew from the Burke family’s own experience of supporting loved ones. That personal history continues to shape how we listen to individuals and families, respond to worries and remain accountable for the support we provide.

Being family-run does not replace professional standards. It means the people responsible for the service remain close to the community, the team and the quality of care delivered.

What makes our approach different

Personal care supported by clear systems

Warm relationships matter, but dependable care also needs good planning, records, communication and oversight.

01

The individual leads

Support is built around the person’s routines, communication, culture, relationships, abilities and goals—not simply a diagnosis or list of tasks.

02

Careful assessment

We consider needs, risks, medication, mobility, environment, professional guidance and safe staffing before agreeing a package.

03

A suitable core team

We aim to match a dependable group of care workers who understand the person, supported by planned contingency cover.

04

Training that fits the role

Staff complete induction and ongoing training, with package-specific guidance and competency assessment where required.

05

Records and oversight

Digital care and medication records help managers review delivery, identify changes and maintain clear accountability.

06

Partnership working

With appropriate consent, we communicate with relatives, social workers, NHS teams, case managers and other professionals.

Evidence, not vague promises
